TEAMS
How teams work at Real Brokerage
Short answer
On a Real ProTeam, a separate team agreement sets a team split of at least 10%, paid to the team leader. Real's 15% then applies to each person's allocation. Member caps are $6,000 or $4,000. The team split keeps going after a member caps unless a Team Cap is set.

$6,000

$4,000

The Team Cap option
The team split continues after a member reaches the Real cap unless the team leader sets a Team Cap. The minimum Team Cap is $6,000 for a member on the $6,000 cap, and $8,000 for a member on the $4,000 cap.
Worked example: $10,000 commission
