How to choose your Real sponsor
Short answer
Your sponsor is the Real agent who most influenced your decision to join. The choice is separate from joining a team, does not change your commission split, and is generally permanent after you sign. Take time to choose for yourself.
What is a sponsor at Real?
A sponsor is the agent credited with influencing your move to Real. When program requirements are met, Real may pay that person revenue share from its own split. Sponsorship doesn't come with required services, and it doesn't reduce your commission.
What should I consider before choosing?
Influence
Who helped you understand Real and shaped your decision?
Clarity
Did the person explain the model accurately without promising income or special treatment?
Independence
Are you making the choice freely, without pressure from a team or recruiter?
Sponsor and team leader are different roles
A team leader manages the team relationship and may receive a team split under a separate agreement. A sponsor is connected to Real's revenue share program. One person can hold both roles, but joining a team does not require naming its leader as sponsor.
